Small Forward

If, and this is a relatively big if, Franz Wagner decides to stay at college for another season, this is where he starts. Technically, Juwan runs a positionless team, but Franz is the SF/PF.

Early on, Franz was inconsistent in his play, and it was rare for him to reach double-digits in scoring. That all changed down the stretch.

In the final seven games, before the season was canceled, Wagner was hitting his stride, averaging 15.8 points and 6.4 rebounds per game. He’s certainly well on his way to the NBA; it just depends on how much weight the evaluators will give the first half of the season compared to the latter. Officially, Wagner has not publicly decided on whether or not he’ll test the waters.

Next is freshman Terrance Williams, a tweener from our nation’s capitol. Terrance is a dynamic scorer with a bruiser mentality that doesn’t shy away from contact. Here’s his 247 sports evaluation:

"Has strong physique and plays with toughness. Not an explosive athlete or high leaper, but has physical/functional athleticism. Has good hands and feet. Reliable positional rebounder. Average ball handler and passer. Has efficient shooting form and potential to stretch the defense in college. Has versatility as a big man defender."

If he’s not needed at SG, Cole Bajema is a more fitting small forward. It’s his position, and it would make for an excellent battle for minutes between two raw athletes with entirely different playing styles in Williams and Bajema

Nunez is the last option here as he’s more of a traditional shooting guard that can play the wing if needed.
