This will be a dog fight

Michigan football comes in as a double-digit favorite in this game against Michigan State and while it’s hard to see the Spartans winning, with the way they have been playing recently, Dantonio has always done good work when doubted.

Everyone wants to stick a fork in him and if he finishes the season on losing skid and missed out on a bowl game, he could be on his way out, although it’s still hard to believe with all he has accomplished.

Knowing that this is a last stand of sorts for Michigan State, I expect a very emotional Spartans team, one that is ready to go toe-to-toe with the Wolverines.

Last year Michigan was a much better team and struggled to win by two touchdowns. The game could have a similar feel this year. There are lots of reasons to feel confident in the Wolverines, but no matter the result, this is going to be one of the most intense games of the college football season, which is one reason why it’s so exciting to watch.
