Michigan Football: How to watch and stream Wolverines vs Army
Michigan football takes on Army Saturday at the Big House and here is all the key info for how to watch and stream, plus key storylines.
Saturday at noon, Michigan football will be back at the Big House for the second game of the 2019 season. The Wolverines opponent is going to be Army and kickoff is set for 12 p.m. est.
With the way that Fox Sports is structuring its college football schedule, it sounds like Michigan football will play a fair share of noon games, so get used to the early-morning tailgates.
The matchup against Army isn’t like Notre Dame or a conference game, but it’s way better than someone like Western Michigan. The Black Knights are still a huge underdog, however, they also carry the nation’s second-longest winning streak and are fresh of an 11-win campaign.
Army wasn’t stellar last week against Rice, winning 14-7. But Kelvin Hopkins Jr. is back at quarterback and he will be one of the more exciting players on the field Saturday.
If you aren’t going to be in attendance, there are plenty of ways to catch the game and here is all the key info you will need to watch and stream Michigan football vs Army.

Storylines
One of the things with playing Army is the fact that you have to deal with the triple option and that’s been a big topic of conversation. You can get to know more about the Black Knights here.
While you can expect Army to spend a good chunk of the game running the football, Michigan could also run the ball more, especially with Zach Charbonnet, who was spectacular in the opener but only got eight carries, which he turned into 90 yards.
One thing that could make more carries likely is the absence of Tru Wilson who will be out. That leaves Christian Turner and Charbonnet as the main ball-carriers. We’ll see what they can do.
Injuries have also impacted wide receiver, the defensive line and offensive tackle. It’s not clear if Jon Runyan will start this week but if not, Ryan Hayes is ready to step in again. However, if Runyan does play, it will be interesting to see how much we see Hayes.
Is he going to be the new swing tackle? Or is there a chance that he beats out Jalen Mayfield and pushes him back into the No. 6 spot. Both are talented and just redshirt-freshmen, so it’s a great situation but it something to keep an eye on Saturday.
