Who wins

During the Harbaugh era, the Wolverines have played very well at home, losing on four games — two each to Michigan State and Ohio State. They are undefeated against everyone else and the Blue Raiders aren’t ending that streak.

Ty Lee who has 217 career receptions coming into the contest, will have some moments and the Blue Raiders will generate some offense, but it won’t be enough to keep up with Michigan.

The Wolverines are bigger, faster and more talented. They also have the home-field advantage and after the embarrassing way the 2018 season ended, they should have a huge chip on their shoulder.

Michigan needs to forget the noise and play like it has something to prove because it does. It’s great to be ranked in the Top 10 and to be the preseason pick of many to win the conference.

But everyone said the same thing going into the Ohio State game last year. Remember after the 10-game winning streak how it was supposed to be the year. Well, it wasn’t and the redo starts tonight.

With that said, I expect Michigan football to be sharp tonight, although not mistake-free. The Wolverines get up with some big plays early and cruise to a 52-24 blowout.
