Unique McLean

Yes, I know, the first guy’s name is Goodnews and the second’s Unique, but that’s really their names so get over it.

Unique McLean has the unique ability to throw down some of the most explosive dunks and he appears to be him floating in the air. He does it all as an undersized 6-foot-2 SG.

He also uses his floating superpower to block shots on the other end of the court.

The downside to McLean is his doesn’t have an accurate three-point shot which is a skill desperately needed on this Wolverines team but his blocks and dunks would get the crowd going and give the team an advantage when playing at home.

247Sports ranked Unique as the No. 43 SG, the No. 6 basketball player out of NY, and NO. 235 nationally.

After getting significant playing time during his redshirt freshman year, McLean minutes were drastically cut during his second year of eligibility likely leading to his decision to part ways with the Minuteman of UMass.

Should Unique choose Michigan basketball, he would come into a sixth man role or potentially as a starter if he can improve his outside shot. The biggest upside here would be Unique’s two years of eligibility.
