Michigan football is hosting a bunch of highly-ranked recruits this weekend, including A.J. Henning and here are five key questions.

Nowadays, there never seems to be any dead time recruiting and even though it’s the latter part of June, this weekend is a big one for Michigan football.

That’s because the Wolverines are hosting some key recruits in Ann Arbor, including guys like A.J. Henning, Jordan Morant, Andrew Raym, Andrew Gentry, Blake Corum, Theo Johnson, William Mohan and more.

Nearly 20 players will be in attendance, according to Maize and Brew, which released this detailed visitor list for Michigan football on Friday. This weekend has been on the mind of fans for a while in the recruitment of Henning specifically, who also recently visited Notre Dame, Georgia and Penn State.

However, there are key targets on both sides of the ball and in both the 2020 and 2021 classes. The visit got started on Friday as Michigan football hosted the players and according to some Wolverines staff, things have gone well up to this point.

The recruits will spend more time in Ann Arbor Saturday and with any luck, the Wolverines will wind up with a commit or two by the end of it all.

Some are holding out hope that someone like Henning will commit soon after and while that’s always possible, here are five key questions to answer this weekend.
