Coach Juwan Howard comes to a Michigan basketball team which has enjoyed back to back 30+ win seasons. Here are 5 predictions for this season.

The Fab Five is back for Michigan basketball, at least that’s what Jalen Rose says.

Rose appeared on ESPN’s Get Up and announced that by hiring Juwan Howard the Fab Five will reunite despite past differences in opinion.

Rose,  Jimmy King, Ray Jackson, and Chris Webber back together again to cheer on their good friend Howard as he coaches the Michigan basketball team, the team they played for in the early ’90s.

“Not seeing eye to eye. There will not be any disrespect to the program. There will not be any sideshows.” Rose proclaimed. “There will not be any friction amongst the Fab Five. We’re about to all come together like Voltron and make sure we do what we gotta do to put us back on top of the map.”

“You’re telling me that the hiring of Juwan Howard is going to bring you and C-Webb together?” asked fellow Michigan alum reporter and Adam Schefter.

“Yes, absolutely,” Rose responded.-

".@JalenRose says the hiring of Juwan Howard at Michigan will bring the Fab 5 back together. Including him and Chris Webber."

The impact of the future reunion may not have the same effect had it happened 20-years-ago when it was fresh in everyone’s mind; however, the youth of today still remember Howard’s NBA days which ended in 2013. And while the others are long retired, C-Webb and Rose remain in the media in differing roles.

Even if the High School kids of today don’t remember the names of the members of the Fab Five, I am sure their parents do which leads me to my first of five predictions for the Michigan basketball 2019-20 season.
