Nikhai Hill-Green

Nikhai Hill-Green attacks the ball and destroys his pitiful opponent. Savage was the word that came to mind as I watched his commitment video; violence followed by goosebumps.

Nikhai hits clean and hard and then, as he walks down a hazy tunnel, you begin to realize this young man will be committing to the University of Michigan.

Listed at 6-foot-1-inches and 230 pounds, Green could have an instant impact when he comes to Ann Arbor in 2020 as a majority of the current roster will be depleted by then.

Osman Savage and Nikhai are listed as OLBs and are not the only talented linebackers in the class. Cornell Wheeler plays the inside at in-state West Bloomfield High School. You can read about Osman and Wheeler here.

I wrote in the article that making St. Francis – Nikhai’s High School – a pipeline for Michigan should be and has clearly been a priority for the Wolverines. The school was once mediocre and has since been so dominating that they discontinued their High School circuit and moved to a nationwide schedule.

Their transition has worked out for them so far as they were listed as the No. 4 football program in the nation by USA Today in their Super 25 rankings.

Savage and Hill-Green are not the only St. Francis students who have committed to play for Michigan as lineman Mich Mazzccua also plays for the Panthers.

The Academy’s running back Blake Corum is also a target who has all five crystal balls from 247sports leaning in the Wolverines favor.
