Michigan football fans were treated to Josh Gattis meeting with the media Friday and here are three most important offensive changes he talked about.

It has been an exciting week for Michigan football fans as spring practices got underway and head coach Jim Harbaugh stepped in front of the podium at length time last Monday.

It’s not like Harbaugh never talks to the media but he hasn’t spent that long doing it for some time and it seemed like part of the reason was the excitement he had about the 2019 team.

One reason everyone, including Harbaugh, should be excited about the upcoming season is the game-changing hire of offensive coordinator Josh Gattis, who was the co-offensive coordinator at Alabama last season.

Gattis worked under James Franklin before and he understands the new world of college football. He gets the concept of speed in space. But there are more reasons to be excited about than just that tweet teased by Gattis shortly after he was brought on board.

And for the first time Friday, Gattis talked to reporters for an extended period of time and he dropped a number of hints about what the offense was going to look like in 2019 and it brought more tantalizing thoughts into the minds of Michigan football fans.

To me, there were a few things that really stood out about the presser with Gattis and based off that, here are three offensive changes to be most excited about.
