DE Bryce Mostella (No. 343 overall, No. 14 WDE)

McGregor is one of the top defensive players in the state of Michigan for the 2020 class and another is Bryce Mostella, a guy that sounds like he is just about a sure bet to commit to the Wolverines.

The 6-foot-6 defensive end, who is a four-star prospect out of Grand Rapids, is more of a weakside edge rusher that Michigan football is also going to need down the road, a guy like Josh Uche or Kwity Paye.

The one worry with Mostella right now is that his primary recruiter was Greg Mattison, who has since moved on to Ohio State. The Wolverines originally made their offer back in May of 2018, while the Buckeyes offered back in July.

A big step for Michigan football will be introducing new defensive line coach Shaun Nua to Mostella. Yet, that was the same issue for McGregor and once he met Nua, his concerns were satisfied by the former NFL defensive end. Hopefully, that’s the case for Mostella too.
