Michigan basketball will host Indiana Sunday in a huge Big Ten matchup. Here is how you can watch and stream along with some other key info.

Just a few days ago, Michigan basketball restarted its Big Ten schedule with a win over Penn State and this afternoon, the Wolverines are getting set for another conference showdown.

This time it’s against Indiana and it’s to stay tied for first place in the Big Ten. The winner remains undefeated with Michigan State, while the loser will fall one game back.

For Michigan basketball, it’s a critical game. But when Michigan and Indiana get together on the basketball court, it’s always a big game. It truly is one of the best basketball rivalries in the country and seeing the two teams battle is as good as it gets in the Big Ten.

For the second-ranked Wolverines and the No. 21 Hoosiers, the implications in the conference race are clear. Obviously, it’s a chance for both teams to add to their NCAA tournament resumes as well, especially Indiana. The Hoosiers best win right now is Marquette.

It’s gameday in Ann Arbor as the Hoosiers will invade the Crisler Center a place where the Wolverines dominated them thanks in large part to a 3-point display by Jordan Poole. And here we will get you set with everything you need including a quick breakdown. First though, here’s what you need to know to watch and stream.

Where: Crisler Center

TV: CBS

Breakdown

Indiana is one of just three unbeaten teams in the Big Ten and like Michigan, the Hoosiers are led by their defense, which ranks 25th in defensive efficiency according to the Kenpom rankings, who has Indiana 28th overall. Michigan is 5th.

Romeo Langford is the big star for Indiana and the Wolverines will need to keep him in check in order to win. That’s much easier said than done, however, as he hasn’t scored fewer than 12 points in any game this season and only shot under 50 percent three times.

But with Charles Matthews and Jordan Poole likely taking turns guarding him and with the help defense Jon Teske can offer inside, Michigan basketball should be able to keep him in check. He shoots just 21 percent from 3-point range. Juwan Morgan is another double-digit scorer for the Hoosiers. He will likely be matched up against Ingnas Brazdeikis at both ends of the floor.

While Indiana is 3-0 in the Big Ten, the Hoosiers are 12-2 overall. One of their losses was to Duke. The other came on the road against Arkansas. Head coach Archie Miller has this program back in contention and it will be fun to see the two teams back in a big game.

A win for the Wolverines would mean 15-0 and more importantly, it would help keep pace with the Spartans in the race for the Big Ten championship.
