Michigan Football: 5 predictions for the Wolverines against Ohio State
Michigan beats Ohio State 27-20
For Michigan football fans, there are a lot of reasons to worry about Ohio State. The Wolverines have won this game only once since the 2004 season and since then, it has been a nightmare.

Michigan and Ohio State have also played two other games like this during this bad stretch, with both in the national title hunt. Those were in 2006 and 2016. Both were in Columbus and both times, the Wolverines lost close games. Will this time be different?
Many people, including myself think it will be. I predicted Michigan to lose to Ohio State at the start of the season and I still think the game is a toss-up, however, this Wolverines squad just seems special. It kind of feels like a team of destiny.
It has been so long since Michigan has beaten Ohio State in a game like this and won a Big Ten championship. So really, for fans, it will be hard to believe it will actually happen until we see it. I believe Michigan will win, but I also can see the Wolverines losing in a heartbreaking fashion once again.
One thing that should help, is that I think Chase Winovich will be on the field. I don’t expect to hear anything official until kickoff, but unless he is hurt much worse than has been indicated, he will be on the field and that will make a huge difference for the Wolverines in more ways than one.
At the same time though, in my heart of hearts, I think Michigan football will find a way to win this game, but it won’t be easy and you can bet, it’s going to come down to the end.
