Looking at Indiana through five games

Under head coach Kevin Wilson, the Hoosiers  became a respectable program. They were 6-7 a year ago, after losing to Utah in their bowl game and so far in 2017, they are 3-2. But under Tom Allen, they are trying to take the next step.

Indiana is winless in the Big Ten, but most teams that played Ohio State and Penn State probably would be too, even Michigan, so that doesn’t mean much. However, Indiana does have a nice 34-17 win over Virginia, as well as a 27-0 romp over Charleston Southern and 52-17 win over Georgia Southern.

As we saw against Ohio State, Indiana is capable of moving the football and for three quarters, the Hoosiers hung tough with the Buckeyes due to an offense that is scoring nearly 40 points per game.

Furthermore, the Hoosiers won’t fear Michigan. They probably should have upset the Wolverines two years ago and lost 20-10 in Ann Arbor last November.

Michigan football should win this game, but the defense will need to be lights out, here’s what it will face from Indiana.
