Michigan Football: 3 Keys to smash the Bearcats
Defense and Donovan Peoples-Jones
When the Wolverines are on defense, they need to maintain the speed and intensity that they had all game long against Florida. I would bet they will do just that by the hair of Don Brown’s Stachy Stache Stache. I believe UM can hold these guys to less than 100 total yards and fewer than 5 first downs. But, like I said; I’m not really a stat guy.
Special Teams: Michigan will need that all-game intensity here as much as anywhere. I doubt UM going to need any 50 yd. field goals. But there is a special teams star that I have a good feeling about.
I have a feeling Donovan Peoples-Jones aka DPJ or as I have begun calling him, “The One” – is a special kind of star just on the verge of breaking out. Now I know that many of the Michigan faithful had their hearts in their throats on at least one of his returns, and even Jim Harbaugh himself said that DPJ needs to be careful of ball security. But, I do believe in DPJ as the next great return man for Michigan Football.
Just remember what Morpheus said: He is the One
And, when you think back to his first game at Meechigan, remember: Neo’s first try
