Michigan: 17, Michigan State: 10, and here’s why…
Michigan State’s defense isn’t as good as it has been in recent years but given the context, they’ll play better than Northwestern did last week. Jake Rudock is going to make one mistake this game and the offensive line will have a little bit of a harder time than they did last week. The Spartans will have a short field at least once and Connor Cook will find a way to capitalize. That said, the defense will be stout/terrifying again and the Wolverines should have enough going on the ground to rack up two touchdowns and a field goal. I don’t see MSU scoring more than once, given how good the Michigan secondary and defensive line have looked.
