4. Tom Lewand-
Lewand attended Michigan around the same time as Eisen and received his bachelors degree in 1991. He remained at Michigan for his post-graduate work, receiving his J.D. and MBA in 1996. He was hired by the Detroit Lions in 1997 and has been with the organization ever since. Lewand has been in many different roles including Executive Vice President, COO, and in 2008 he received his current role of team President. He has been an intricate part of the Lions turnaround from the Matt Millen era.
