1. Jim Mandich-

Mandich is another College Football Hall of Famer and was a first team All-American as a senior in 1969. He was also named a team captain in ’69, which was the first season for Bo Schembechler as head coach. As a senior Mandich caught 50 passes, had 662 receiving yards, and four touchdowns. His career numbers are the best ever amongst Michigan tight ends. He caught 119 passes, had 1494 yards, and seven touchdowns in the three years he played in Ann Arbor.
