“I know just from Jim’s standpoint, he’s done something there that’s been absolutely historic and amazing, it’s never been really accomplished in the history of football before, in terms of what he’s done for the city and for the fans there and for the players there,” John Harbaugh said of Jim Harbaugh leading the 49ers to three straight NFC championship games in his first three seasons.
“And I’m proud as heck of him,” John Harbaugh added. Whatever’s next for him, he’ll do a great job there, whatever it is. He’ll be fired up and excited to do it. So I’m proud of him no matter what happens. I think they had a great coach there for the last four years, and they were blessed and fortunate to have him. I know the fans realize that and the players realize that, and that’s really what counts.”

John isn’t going to spill or take the moment away from his brother Jim, but we have been told a lot that his father, Jack has been really pushing this deal and has been talking to a lot of important people in and around Ann Arbor. Also you might see Jack back in Ann Arbor as well if Jim indeed accepts the offer from the University of Michigan to take over the Wolverine football program.
