National Signing Day is the best day of the college football offseason. We’re going to keep up with all things Michigan football here today.

Heading into National Signing Day, Michigan football has 16 commits and 11 early enrollees. In other words, the bulk of the lifting is already done.

However, there are still a few names left on the Wolverines’ board that would be big additions, including defensive tackle Aubrey Solomon and wide receiver Nico Collins.

The second annual “Signing of the Stars” event will begin at noon EST. We will be updating you through all of that.

Last year’s recruiting class finished ranked No. 6 in the country and No. 2 in the Big Ten. The highlight of the day was obviously getting Rashan Gary, who had himself a nice first season at Michigan.

So pour yourself a cup of coffee (and mix it with a Red Bull or something), and get ready for one of the best days on the Gregorian calendar.
