Michigan Wolverines: Rebuilding the Offense — Personnel

The Quarterbacks

Having detailed the foundational aspects of the Michigan rebuilding effort, and also having discussed the general tenets of the Michigan offense, the series focus next turns to the individuals who will make or break Michigan’s effort to improve offensive performance, the player groups.

Keep in mind that Michigan continues to value a philosophy that delivers power and control and that this philosophy has yet to be realized. All of the past problems must be flushed down the royal porcelain bowl. This flushing and the associated changes were previously discussed under the foundational component. Now, all groups must work for the obtainment of a few basic objectives to create an offense capable of winning games. There is nothing complicated in this endeavor, success will come down to execution and hard work. The scheme is sound providing the personnel execute it and the coaches deliver the underlying preparation.
