Robinson, Stauskas to declare their fate at Tuesday press conference

(Revised from earlier story)

Both Nik Stauskas and Glenn Robinson III are planning to announce their decisions of whether or not to  make themselves available for the upcoming NBA draft.  The two Wolverines have scheduled a 3:30 pm Tuesday (April 15) press conference at Crisler Center, reported mlive.com  earlier this evening.

For Robinson it’s basically a done deal, since WWJ radio in Detroit reported today (April 14) that Glenn Robinson III has hired an agent and will leave the U-M basketball team early.

Robinson, Stauskas, McGary may all leave

Mitch McGary, who also considered leaving early will discuss the situation with his dad at Wednesday’s team banquet.

Many expected it would be Stauskas who would leave first, especially considering he was a first-team All-American and also became Michigan’s No. 1 scoring option.

A week ago, it was reported that Stauskas would be first,  but he’s since retracted the report. That was until earlier tonight when he announced the press conference.
