Michigan Football Recruiting: Jon Runyan Jr. — 2015 (OL) Recruiting — Offered

Jon Runyan Jr. from Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania was offered by the Michigan coaching staff. His father has a great legacy at Michigan and will be interesting to see if his son follows in his footsteps or wants to set his own path and step out of the “big shadow” of his father. For those that remember watching his father play at Michigan does it make you feel “old” knowing his son has been offered by Michigan now?

His father (Jon) gave him some recruiting advise and not pushing him towards Michigan:
“My dad says wherever it’s free, but hopefully it’s Michigan. And he says he cannot send me to Ohio State, anything but that.”
