Michigan Football: GBMWolverine Senior Salute and Appreciation — Brandin Hawthorne

Brandin Hawthorne — Linebacker — Pahokee, Florida

Brandin Hawthorne is another Florida player that succeeded at Michigan. Brandin came to Michigan from fabled Pahokee. Florida.

He came in light, probably less than 200 pounds. Brandin stayed the course and has become an excellent special teams player, even as to be called a special team warrior. He competes and hits hard, asking for no quarter and giving none. When given the chance to see the field at the linebacker spot, Brandin has had mixed results.

The bottom line is Brandin is the type of player coaches like to have on a roster and he has given much for this Michigan team.

There must be a sense of admiration for all of the Florida players who have contributed to Michigan football in the past few years. Soon they can proudly point to a valuable degree and go forward with a sense of accomplishment.
