GBMWolverine: Michigan Football Recruiting — Amara Darboh is Blue

With hints this week from members of the GBMWolverine Message Board and today especially when Darboh made a couple of comments on twitter saying “Big Day” and “Go Blue” Amara Darboh has committed to Michigan Football.

One Wide Receiver recruit down and another one to go. Could be all wrapped up by Christmas and Jehu Chesson is most likely next on-deck to decide, but still plans to visit Iowa on December 16th. Here are some comments from Chesson about Darboh committing to Michigan “”Thumbs up to Amara! I am still going to keep the same timeline for my commitment, this just gives me a larger incentive to commit to Michigan. I will still keep my word to Iowa and visit though.”

247 reported that Michigan has 9 commits in their top 247 now.

Michigan did more than beat Ohio State on Nov. 26. That’s also when the Wolverines landed the top high school player in the state of Iowa.

“That was something, being in that stadium for that game,” said West Des Moines Dowling receiver Amara Darboh, who Sunday accepted the Wolverines’ scholarship offer. “I was in the stadium during the summer, but it obviously wasn’t anything like what it was when I was there for the game. I saw then why they call it the Big House.”
